What is your return/exchange policy?

The Golden Rules has a 14 day return/exchange policy. If The Golden Rules does not meet your expectations then we are happy to provide you with a refund. Items that have ben worn cannot be returned.

How do I return an item I purchased?

We will provide you with a return form that you will fill out and mail back to us in the original packaging.

How long does it take for delivery?

For Australian shipping, 2-4 business working days. If express post is required, it will take 1 business day.

What about privacy?

We are very committed to protecting your privacy. We will never disclose any personal information to a third party. (Check out our privacy policy on our homepage)

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Jewellery Care

• Remove your jewelry before any activity that might damage the item, such as cooking, gardening and athletics.

• Avoid contact with cosmetics and household chemicals

• Avoid extreme temperature changes

• Gently clean using a very soft toothbrush and rinse clean in lukewarm water.
